Justine Chadly, owner of In Harmony, has been a music educator since 2003. Josh Icban is a Bay Area performer, composer, and educator. Together, with degrees in vocal and guitar performance, music education and ethnomusicolgy, Justine and Josh compose and arrange music intended for families, communities and schools in the Bay Area.
